Ring chime Gen 2

Question

My chime has stopped working and we are missing people at the door. I’ve factory reset it so many times, moved it around the house, the WiFi signal is very strong, it’s connected correctly. I’m just not getting any sound out of it. Almost like the speaker has stopped working.

Hi @user_fe390b. Is the Chime set to play an audible alert when someone rings your doorbell? You can check this by selecting the Chime from the Devices list in the Ring app, then tapping Audio Settings and Chime Alerts. You can choose to have your Chime play an alert when someone rings your doorbell, or motion is detected. To change the tone played for each alert type, select Chime Tones under Audio Settings.
