Pet Tag set up but NOT Showing On Mobile App or Web Dashboard
I am having a similar problem to @jfer25.
Amazon rep "Caitlyn_Ring" wrote this: The Pet Tag is not going to show up under the Devices list or on the Ring app dashboard. When you set up the Ring Pet Tag, you would have been prompted to create a Pet Profile linked to the QR code on the Pet Tag. You can view this Pet Profile under Settings > Users & Pets. When you tap on the Pet Profile, you can see that a Pet Tag is linked. I hope this helps clear things up!
IT DOES NOT CLEAR THINGS UP. There is NO 'Users & Pets' threat in the Settings. I am looking right now. This is a fake solution. And when I try to reply to either the original post or the Amazon response, I am not allowed. I had to come make a new post about it. Very frustrating.
I look forward to Amazon/Ring making it easy for customers to edit their Pet Tags. These things are not ready for primetime.
