No light or response from plug in chime

Hi all, my ring chime, the plug in bit, has stopped responding and has no light on it. I can’t find any info really as to how to fix it.You can’t reset as it’s non responsive. The ‘RING’ word which is usually blue has nothing. I wondered if a fuse had blown but how do I get to that if it’s that? TIA
