Just unboxed a new outdoor cam 2k, ran through the setup process multiple times now, connects to my phone, app, and internet no problem, but still displays as offline and I can’t get it to fully connect. The setup process completes every time. I’ve tried resetting power, holding the setup button for 20 seconds, etc, nothing works.
