So I have a doorbell on one ring account and a chime on another ring account. all in my name but 2 different email addresses. Long story on how that happened!! Problem is I can't seem to be able to cancel one and add to the other. i think because of this the doorbell and the chime don't talk to each other. (Chime does not ring when the doorbell is pressed.) any ideas?

    Hi @user_a1e490. In order for this to work, the devices need to be on the same account. I suggest removing the Chime and setting it up on the same account as the doorbell. These devices need to be under the same email address and Ring app Location for them to communicate.
