Chime Stuck on solid green light

I just tried setting up a chime for our new ring doorbell and it immediately lost WiFi connection and stopped working after setup. I deleted and tried resetting up and now the chime is stuck on a solid green light despite attempting to reset multiple times and changing outlets.
