Chime pro won't connect to wifi

Recently changed routers all my home equipment hooks up fine but none of my ring products I have a router that supports both 2.4 and 5 ghz plus I have a range extender but chime says I have a weak signal rebooted chime,door came ,spotlight cam and tried setting all up and different times still no success

Hi @user_c7ffe8. Are all of your other Ring devices disconnected from wifi? What happens when you try to reconnect them to your network? Are you getting a particular error message? I would recommend splitting the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, as not every Ring device is compatible with 5 GHz.
