Hello
i know your post was a while ago but i have the same problem.My ring pro 2 worked very well with my Talk Talk wifi until it was upgraded to Eero 6 pro full fibre was fitted at the end of last year.
After sending new leads and units since then, Talk Talk said it wasn’t there problem ( having issues with TVs going blue when watching and having to re route ) Talk Talk insist the problem is Sky and ring.
Ring sent a new Chime pro 2 and it still won’t connect, saying poor wifi and move nearer to the router. it’s right next to it.
i have switched off nearly everything in the house and then tried again, without success.
Please can anyone help. Thank you

THi @user82879. I suggest checking to make sure that you are using the correct ports and protocols for Ring. Also, double check your WiFi channels. Let me know if this helps!
