Chime not working
My chime was offline again, and I followed the app instructions to reconnect it (pressed the button for five seconds), and it never came back on. So tried for 15 seconds (as the app says), and still nothing. Anyone else ever have that happen? Any way to get it back or did Ring just cause me to have to buy another one?

I have the same problem with chime. Nothing works and I think they want to force us to buy chine pro 1 or 2.

CHi @user_0e323c. The main troubleshooting steps available for an unresponsive Ring Chime are to try a different outlet, and hold down the button on the side for 15 seconds to reset it. If the Chime is still unresponsive after these steps, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
