Chime has no sound

Hi When someone rings my doorbell pro I get a notification on the app but no sound coming from the chime. The device health in-app looks all good and I've removed the app and reinstalled it and removed the chime and reinstalled that but still no sound. Also when I test the sound via the app there is no sound either. Thanks

      Hi @user_2c6f71. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, are you referring to the chime kit in your home, or a Ring Chime or Chime Pro? We're happy to help with general troubleshooting on the Ring Community, but we need more information first.

    My chime pro attached to my ring doorbell has sound but it's very feint. No one can hear it at home and I can't see a volume control in the app. There is no soundbar in settings to make it louder

No one can hear it at home and I can't see a volume control in the app. There is no soundbar in settings to make it louder It's not what I expected...and isn't very useful but cost me $89 AUS for the chimes and $149 AUS for the ring doorbell. A waste of money
