Chime Gen 2 stopped making a sound

Question

My door chime has stopped making any sound. I’ve tried everything, moved it closer to router, factory reset, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Been through all settings. Nothing is working. I’m missing so many visitors at the door because of this.Anyone else had this issue?

Hi @user_82074d. If you haven't done so already, make sure that the Chime is configured to play an alert for motions and rings from your doorbell. You can check this by tapping the Audio Settings tile, then tapping Chime Alerts to select when you want your Chime to sound.
