Chime 2nd Generation is dead
My Ring Chime 2nd Generation has stopped working. No LED light. Unplugging and plugging into different sockets with confirmed power does not fix the issue. I have also held the reset button while plugged in, as well as before plugging in to see if I can reset the device. I have tried to find the device through the Ring app in case only the LED was broken, but that did not work either.
I have a Ring Protect plan, and wondered if this would be covered?
I have tried my best to use the Ring Help chat in the App and on the website, but it's just AI and refuses to tell me how to raise an RMA, or how I can talk to someone.
Any help would be appreciated.
