Charger not charging batteries

Brand new dual Ring brand battery charger and brand new Ring brand batteries. All four white lights are lit and not blinking. Neither battery will work in any of my Ring stickup units. When I use the charging cords, the batteries indicate they are not fully charged. Thinking the charger is just garbage. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi @user_113ebb. How long did you leave the Quick Release Battery Packs in the Charging Station? The Charging Station should be plugged into a standard power outlet. If you try to charge the Quick Release Battery Packs using the regular charging cable plugged into a power outlet, do they fully charge?
