Changed ISP, camera connects OK but chime won't
chime

I changed my internet provider (EE to Sky). Previously my camera and chime had been functioning correctly.  I successfully connected the camera to the new router but after 20+ attempts I still can't get the chime to connect.  Every time I get the 'Something went wrong' message.  I've tried everything suggested on these forums except using Apple devices (because we don't have one).  Has anyone succeeded in using a phone as the ringer or am I reduced to installing a wired doorbell for callers to contact me?

The failure message suggests "changing the router settings" but no info on what those changes are.  Any ideas?

    Hi @user_f157sb. You can find some helpful information in this Help Center article here. Also, to determine if your network is the issue, try connecting the Chime to a wifi hotspot. If it connects, that points to need to change some router settings. If it doesn't, take note of what colors flash on the Chime, as this will let you know what is going on.
