Change Ring Bridge
troubleshooting
All my Ring devices connect to my Bridge and work well . . . except my Ring Mailbox sensor which is perpetually Offline. I have removed the device and attempted to add. I've found it tries to connect to Echo as the bridge. If I select 'Another Bridge' and select the Ring Hub, it wants a pic of the QR code. My Bridge has no QR code.
How do I change the bridge?

Hi @requiredusername. Can you share a screenshot of the Ring app showing what options you have available for the bridge? Is the Mailbox Sensor installed at the same location as the Ring Bridge, or a different location?
