i have a ring battery video doorbell with a solar charger. when 1st installed the battery charged to 100%, but now it has been stuck on 46% for several days despite the glorius sunshine. any ideas why?

Do a restart device from the app. I have found the battery levels can get stuck until I do a restart the affected device.
