If your Wi-Fi password has changed, you'll need to reconnect each of your Ring products to your Wi-Fi network using your new Wi-Fi password. To do this, navigate to Device Health for any Ring product that is offline by selecting the product in the main dashboard of the Ring app, then selecting Device Health. Once you're on the Device Health screen, select Reconnect to Wi-Fi and follow the in-app prompts. Note: You will need to be in the same location as your Ring product to do this You will only have access to this option if you are the "Owner" of the device. If you are a "Shared User" the "Owner" of the Ring product will need to reconnect it to Wi-Fi If your Ring Doorbell or Stick Up Cam only recently went offline, the Device Health Screen for this product may not reflect this status. In this case, select the "Change Wi-Fi Network" option in Device Health to reconnect your Ring Product to Wi-Fi.

Hi @user38213. Which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera do you have? Are you trying to set your device up for the first time, or reconnect it after it went offline? If there's a specific error message you're receiving, feel free to share a screenshot.

I believe this is a major bug that needs priority fixing. If the wifi password is changed and a device goes offline, not all will know that the new password must be entered to take the device back online. In addition, what if there is major weather? One must go out in the weather, climb on a ladder and press the orange button on the floodlight cam for setup with the new password? That will not work for a lot of people.

That is most retarded UX I think I saw in long time. I need to remove doorbell from the wall to reconnect to wifi because it is asking some code... While Ring router has the password itis not forwarding it toward connected devices. How this even possible in 2022...

Well, I ended up using crowbar to ring doorbell from the wall.. Since this shit uses custom screws which need custom screwdriver. Just throw away $160... Just to connect to F... Wifi. Moronic UX...
