Yeah yeah, “ring is perfect, no one knows what you’re talking about” 🙄 save it. Literally every time I try to get ahold of support it’s broken. Not “a little hard to access” or “slow to load” I mean full-on doesn’t work. Black screen. Won’t load. And it’s not like there are emails you can contact or other means of getting ahold of them (idk, maybe they have a twitter or something but literally no self-respecting human has a twitter in 2026😂) and that’s not to mention the fact that the few times I’ve finally gotten through (it’s been a few years and things have only gotten worse) the support team is embarrassingly incompetent or just outright rude (notice how I’m not pulling punches here? Yeah, they earned my lost respect.) 

The worst part about all this is that my post has to focus on how bad the SUPPORT is and I don’t even get to address the product issues that started me down this rabbit hole. Because wow, Ring hardware is gag-inducing with how non-functional it can be. But unfortunately, that’s a complaint for another day since we can’t even get to the right people.
