What is trial period
Hi We bought a Ring security camera recently. We are satisfied so far. But we get these notifications from you about that the trial will expire.. What trial? Will we be forced to pay for a subscription in order to maintain the current features? Will we lose any features when the so called trial period expires? We just want that the camera informs us when intrusion occurs. CN

    Hi @CNHaninge. Every time you buy a Ring Device, you get a 30 day free trial. This a trial of our Ring Protect Plus Plan. Without a plan, you will only be able to Live View events, and you will not be able to store recordings in the Ring Cloud storage.
