Hi @user_d104c6. We are unable to view account or order details on the Ring Community. For orders placed on Ring.com, you should be able to see the current status by logging into your account and accessing the Order History page. If you cannot find this information, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further assistance.

When I try this, I get the message "We don't have any transactions from your account at the moment'."  Yet I placed 2 orders within the last 4 weeks!!! Is this a joke?

I have been waiting since the 17th November,  and it is impossible to contact ring, and both the chatbox and messenger, (which also uses AI and chatbox), are a waste of time, this really is DISGUSTING service,
