After all years off service
Same app and permitions...
I cant see snaps on my timetable....
Ring door bell
All on all available in my subscription and can't see them...
Yes I did update app
Resart the phone and made sure all its up to date...
Still not working
Have customer service they use Al
Any clue ....
Iam thinking seriously about other companies
Less money a year better service

Hi @user_3c87d3. Are you referring to the snapshot capture feature? Snapshot images can only be viewed in the Event History timeline in the Ring app, and are stored for up to 14 days. What do you have the snapshot capture frequency set to? Which model of Ring doorbell is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
