Shared accounts can delete footage

Question

There is a way for people with shared access to delete footage on the ring camera. How can we prevent someone from doing this again? My boyfriend has a ring camera and his sister who has shared access to it has the ability to delete videos even though in setting it says she can’t. I also have shared access to this device and on setting says I can’t delete footage but I found a way to select the motion i want deleted and delete it completely even though I only have shared access. This needs to be fixed.

[Shared Users](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) are able to access the Event History and view videos, but they are not able to delete videos. My brother is a shared user and he is deleting videos. How do we stop this ? I want him to have full access to other features but not be able to delete
