Ring.com stamp on clips

Question

I'm considering buying a Ring stick up cam to record wildlife in my garden. I have seen clips from other people that were recorded by the Ring system, but they always had 'Ring' or 'Ring.com' written on them in the upper left corner. Can this be switched off? I want to use the clips in documentaries later, so I don't want anything written on the images.

Hi @Goedele. When sharing or downloading a Ring video, as described in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001834066-Sharing-and-Downloading-Your-Ring-Videos#:~:text=Log%20into%20your%20web%20account,automatically%20download%20to%20your%20computer.), there will always be the Ring watermark. There is not a way to toggle this feature off. I hope this information helps! :slightly_smiling_face:
