When it rains the unit stops working. When there is a storm it goes out all together. I am now on my 4th or 5th unit with another replacement on the way. I have asked if I can replace it with a solar powered unit (I have one and have had not trouble with it). I am told I cannot. I am willing to pay the difference. Is there someone at Ring who is accountable and can help me address this problem? Am I stuck getting replacements until the warranty ends?
