RING PLAN INACTIVE
I have one ring doorbell and two ring cameras in our holiday home in Spain and have them on our ring app.This has has worked great for a couple of years but a month ago all 3 cameras went offline saying devices off line and the ring plan inactive. I know its not power or wifi in our house as we have an alarm system that requires both power and wifi and that system is working great with live video stream. As we wont be back to the Spain house for a while we cannot sort them out but wondered if it was only ring app or service that is the problem as all our ring devices in Spain are getting power and wifi and hope i can sort it out here in the UK. Can anyone help.

HI we do not have a home plan payment. we do not subscribe to one. All we have is three ring devices that have been on our ring app and use the app to view the video from the cameras. As I said this has worked great until a month ago so not sure if ring has taken this away as we do not have any ring plans or something else has goone wrong.

C@user_e02369 A Ring subscription is not required to use Ring devices, but it is required if you want access to recorded video. Without a plan, you can still activate the Live View to see what's happening in real time, but you will not be able to view video of events after they have happened.
If your Ring devices are disconnected from your wifi network, you won't be able to activate Live View. As mentioned, troubleshooting cannot be done remotely. Once you are physically present with your Ring devices, we can provide general assistance with troubleshooting here, or you can reach out to our support team.

Hi @user_e02369. Regarding the Ring devices being offline, unfortunately there isn't really any troubleshooting that can be done remotely. For your RIng Home plan, you can always manage this by logging in at Ring.com. There could be an issue with your payment method that prevented your plan from successfully renewing.
