Ring going on and off every few minutes

I'm having the same problem these other people are having. Is there a fix for this? We have tried all the recommended solutions.

Hi @user_0d431e. Which model of Ring camera or doorbell is this? What is the last reported wifi signal strength? You can find these details on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, can you clarify what you mean when you say the device is going on and off every few minutes?
