My Ring doorbell won’t go into setup mode. Pressing the orange button once does nothing, and pressing it for more than 20 seconds doesn’t do anything either. The blue light just keeps blinking, and every so often it spins white. That’s all. I don’t hear the setup mode voice prompts.

Hi @user_6bc06c. Have you ensured that the doorbell is fully charged before attempting this? Plug the Doorbell in for 4-6 hours to charge it, then press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Let me know how this goes.
