Ring camera won't reconnect

Question

I have a ring doorbell camera 2nd generation, I took it down to recharge it and then tried to access it through my ring app.  It doesn't show up but the location does. I tried resetting the devices and when scanning it, it ask to transfer device or share.  I reset my wifi modem and router, nothing. It seems my ring app recognizes it location but not the camera. It just keeps giving me an error can't connect.  I tried to transfer it but my app doesn't see it.  The ring camera circle sometime soon a half white circle and sometimes a blue circle like two half circle meeting together at the top.  Are these trouble codes?

Hi @user_cef28a. Make sure you are logged into the correct Ring account. If you logged into a different account than the one that you originally set up the Ring doorbell with, you would not see the doorbell listed. Ring devices can only be set up under one Ring account at a time.
