Ring Accessories Never Delivered

I ordered a spotlight cam with a hardwire kit a couple of weeks ago. The camera itself came in a few days. The hardwire kit was supposed to be here on Oct 5, it has not arrived. My order history shows zero purchases (this was purchased directly from the Ring website) and searching the order number comes back empty. I also ordered a replacement bracket for my Ring doorbell in JUNE that still hasn't arrived. It hasn't been worth the $5 or whatever it was to buy that thing to deal with the Ring support team for just the bracket until now. So my question is: is this a trend for anyone else other than me?

Yes I have, I was simply asking the public forum if this is a widespread issue with Ring or if I'm just unlucky enough to have it happen twice.
