Retrieving footage

I’m trying to get footage from march this year, how do I get it? I have ring premium.
It’s not a ring outdoor door bell camera

Hi @user_3abdd9. An active Ring subscription is required for access to video recording. The subscription must have been active at the time the event occurred, and videos are stored in the Ring app up to 180 days, with the default storage time in the US being 60 days for most devices. Changes to the video storage time apply to any events recorded after the change is made.
You can view recorded videos from the History tab in the Ring app. Once a video has been deleted, either manually or due to the storage time expiring, it cannot be recovered. I would always recommend downloading any videos you need to keep to your phone or computer.
