Rejected Post due to community standards
I posted a video to neighbors showing a man try to enter my home by turning the handle and pushing on my front door. I heard it. I went outside and walked down the street and saw the same person try to enter two more houses the same way. The video I posted clearly shows the man trying to turn the door handle. In California someone turning your front door handle to enter is considered illegal trespassing (Penal Code 602) or attempted burglary (Penal Code 459).
I am astonished that this behavior is not considered acceptable for a neighbors safety post. I guess they need to break in and injury someone or commit a burglary to get a post accepted.

UI asked for a reason and got not response other than another copy of the form letter.
So looking at the guidelines under the section "Permitted types of Reported Actions on Neighbors" you see the following
See the section that says"... main house door without permission"
You clearly are not following your own guidelines. The ring employees reviewing the posts really need to get their act together and follow the guidelines and when rejecting a post and at a minimum state exactly why a post is being rejected instead of keep sending the same content free form letter that says it violates community guidlines (and you have no idea which one it is).
Luckily I posted the same info to a police supported neighborhood watch mail group and found out the same person had entered another house in the neighborhood where the front door was left unlocked by accident. When the person heard my neighbor go to the door, he left the premise and stood outside the door like he just arrived. When my neighbor reviewed her front door video (not ring by the way) after getting my email, she saw the person actually enter the property. Obviously she was quite upset and sent me a nice thank you note. Reporting these kind of situations to your neighbors are a great reminder to be safety vigilant and make sure their front door is locked (which ring should encourage as a "safety" product).

I just posted about some hoodlums, possibly stealing my package as well and It was denied in less than a second by "a member of the team." It's absurd. Ring is just like every other selfish business passing us off to some AI. Shame on you ring doorbell In the audacity to charge yearly subscription fees when you just let AI Make bad decisions for your company all day. But ring, You did all you could... Thanks for nothing
