---i sent the following email to Ring on 18th May but yet haven't received any acknowledgement or reply.Dear Ring UK Customer Service,I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issue with my refund for the camera I returned.On 14th April, I purchased an outside camera from Ring UK. However, I mistakenly bought a plug-in model. I contacted your customer service team, who advised me to purchase another camera and return the incorrect one for a refund. I followed this instruction and bought a new camera. Subsequently, I received an address to return the original camera, which I sent back via DPD on 24th April. The courier collected the item from my door.Since then, I have been waiting for my refund. I called Ring on 7th May and was informed that the camera had been received, but that your team needed to scan it before issuing the refund. I was assured that I would receive the refund within five working days. However, as of today, I have yet to receive any refund.Today, I called again, and after over half an hour on the phone, I was given the same response: that your team will scan the device and then process the refund. I was told I would be notified once the scan is completed and the refund issued.I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service. This delay is unacceptable, and the prolonged wait has caused me significant stress, frustration, and even health issues such as elevated blood pressure.I demand that my refund be processed immediately without further delay. Additionally, I request compensation for the time I have spent trying to resolve this issue and the distress caused.I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this matter.
