Recharging Ring V4 batteries after years of nonuse. When in regular use, these batteries each took several hours to recharge after the red light came on. Both are now plugged in and charging, red and green lights on, for about 1.5 hr at a steady 4.8+ V, 0.7+ A, 3.7+ W, and an inline volt meter on one battery says the charge has delivered 5.8+ Wh of energy in that time. One battery, standing on end [with the volt meter inline], is slightly warm; the other, lying flat on a stone countertop, is cold. I'm advised that the batteries are behaving normally and it's safe to continue charging them. Comment?
