Protect plan credit card

Hello. bought a floodlight cam in November. and signed me up on a basic protect plan after my trial period in dec 2020. already have a video doorbell pro since earlier with the same plan. anyone know why I was charged for double basic plans now in May again? both plans should run at different time intervals. the first unit was purchased on the first of May 2020 .. F from Sweden

    HI @Fredrik16. If you were double charged for your Ring Protect plan, our support team is the best point of contact. They can pull up your account and take a look as well as make sure that your plan is properly in place and you aren't being double charged.
