Problems at night
troubleshooting
Good afternoon i have problems with my Ring camera at night its not working when become dark, what can be the problem and how i can fix it. My wifi signal working device health RSSI - 61; power also always working, status online. I was using everything disconet power, restart device, wifi and nothing, maybe someone can help me with advice

Hi @user_25d93e. Which model of Ring camera is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, can you clarify what part of the camera is not working at night? Are you unable to access Live View, or is motion not being detected?
