Just posting this cos I’m disgusted with the service from Ring.

I recently ordered a Ring Alarm system (M) with external sounder.

 The package was short of the sounder and 1x door contact. I was told that Ring would need to investigate this and I would get a decision within 72hrs… why I couldn’t just get the missing items shipped out to me I don’t know, anyway… I have now been waiting for 7 days and still no contact from Ring😡.

The service is diabolical
