Linked chimes
hardwired-video-doorbell
I have 2 extension chimes which used to work with my doorbell but lost connection - I have set them up again. How do I link them to the existing doorbell? When I click linked chimes there isn't an option to add them. The doorbell works fine - it's a ring pro v2, and the 2 chimes are showing as online

Thanks - it turned out that the local VPN on my mobile was preventing the chime from being setup

Hi @user_61333b. First, I would verify that you are on the correct Location. Next, follow the steps in this Help Center article here to link your doorbells and cams to the Chime.
