How on earth do you raise a complaint with this company

Title says it all.
customer service is none existent.
service is terrible.
Maybe trading standards or legal action might wake them up.
literally have spent 2 months trying to get my order corrected or even a ruddy refund.
if you know how I can raise a formal complaint or speak to someone who isn’t in India with a 10 second delay between talking & someone who can access UK order numbers please let me know.
this company in the UK is shockingly s*** & I don’t know how if they carry on this way they will stay in business
