How can I silence offline/online alerts?
troubleshooting
notifications
The sensor on my garage door occasionally goes offline. The app makes a chime noise to alert me, then will chime/alert when it’s back online. Every single time it’s happened at night and the back online alert ends up waking me up. How do I stop this offline/online alert????

Hi @Gsdchi. You can manage your alert settings under Settings > Alert Settings > Alarm > Push. There are options to toggle on and off various different alerts, including Device Status, which should be the notified tied to whether or not a device is online.

Hi, how do we do this for individual devices? I have about 20 and for some reason the app chooses to notify me every few minutes all night throughout the night. My Alarm pro is having issues so a bunch of them have no internet right now, I know they are offline. During the day I don’t get notifications but all night every night is driving me insane. I tried to adjust the settings as mentioned but that option alerts me that it is a global option and if I do that I am then disabling that for ALL devices and I have alarms from other locations. This is like, unbelievably inconsiderate and inconvenient from Ring.

Hi @user_0489b3. The instructions I shared in my previous reply allow you to manage push notifications for Ring Alarm devices per location. They do not apply to other locations you have. If you need to manage alerts for doorbells or cameras, we have information on doing that here.
