Doorbell no longer working since installed alarm
Since recently installing a Ring alarm my doorbell no longer alerts my phone when someone rings it. It will not work in any of the modes. it comes through on my Alexa speakers. In all the modes, motion detection is on and the doorbell worked perfectly before I installed the alarm. The doorbell not alerting my phone when somebody rings, absolutely defeats the point of having a ring doorbell.
Please can somebody help ??

Just Checked and Ring Alerts, Motion Detection and Motion Alerts are all on in all of the 3 Modes and yes, the Ring Alarm is on the same account and location as my doorbell.

Hi @user_f66fff. Adding another Ring device shouldn't impact notifications from any existing devices. Did you set up the Ring Alarm under the same Ring account and location as the doorbell? I'd also suggest checking that Ring and Motion Alerts are toggled on for the doorbell in the Ring app.
