Contact sensors started chiming recently with no ability to turn off.
This is a recent occurrence. My contact sensors, which used to provide just phone notifications, started chiming with no changes to settings. The only way to stop this chime is to disable the motion alerts which we do not want to do. Is this a bug or kindly provide suggestions to rectify the issue.

My phone has notification sound that I chosen and then That goes back to the default sound
been on the phone for over two hours several days calling as well trying to resolve this issue. Finally they taught me they are working on fix. This is ridiculous. The default sound Ring is upsetting and stressing my dog out

Also having this issue. My contact sensors all chime like someone is in front of my cameras, which is highly annoying. Any updates from Ring about it?
