Complaint about ring policy on missing products
I purchased several products during a recent sale event. One of the camera’s were never put into the delivery box. Rather than being sent a replacement the advice I was that I will get a refund and then go back on the website and repurchase. The issue is now the sale event has ended so I would have to pay full price. I raised this with the agent and they said you would have to wait until the next event but they can’t guarantee that it will be on at the same sale price.I do not understand how I should be out of further pocket due to poor practices by the logistics provider?
