Hi how do I find recordings from June. And also how do I download the whole day or a segment of time in that day as there seem to be several recordings in a 2hr period but they have some spaces between them and I need the whole conversation down loaded.

Hi @user_q56jxs. An active Ring Home subscription is required for access to video recording, and videos can be stored in the Ring app for up to 180 days. Once a video has been deleted, either manually or due to the storage time expiring, it cannot be recovered. If you need to retain a video past the maximum 180 days, we recommend downloading it to your phone or computer.
With an active Ring Home subscription, your Ring Camera will record when motion is detected, or you activate the Live View. The video recording length can be adjusted to control how long your camera records for when motion is detected. You can select multiple videos to download on Ring.com, but you cannot select a specific day to download anything from that day.
