Can’t accept a shared user invite
troubleshooting
Hi I sent me wife a shared user invite from the shared invites section in control centre. My wife has registered the device created an account and signed in but this invite isn’t showing in her ring app to accept. Any help would be greatly appreciated absolutely mystified by this lol

Hi @user_c26f8c. If she has already created a Ring account, delete your Shared User invite and resend it. Make sure you are sending it to the same email address she used to create her Ring account. She can then accept it from the Control Center on either the Ring app or on Ring.com. After accepting the invite, it can take up to 15 minutes for shared access to show in her Ring app.
