I bought 2 ring camera's over a year ago and tried to reset them but it said they didn't belong to me but my husband, we tried to transfer account but it would not let us. Had to wait 14 days. It has subsequently done the same with my other two ring stick up camera's. I have already got a ring subscription as I pay for this through my ring doorbell, which I now also see that is saying does not belong to me. 

 I bought all the camera's and doorbell from new from Amazon and all of a sudden they are saying they are not registered to me or my husband. 

I can't be without my ring doorbell camera for 14 days like the other camera's, as this monitors my driveway where I check on my motorhome. At the moment I do not have access to all the settings as it says it doesn't belong to me 

This has been a really bad service, as when I spoke to someone to help me sort it, they said there was nothing they could do and I'd have to wait the 14 day's for it to transfer.
