Hi @Ark, You can cancel your Ring subscription by following the steps outlined in this Help Center article. When you cancel your plan, you will not be charged at the scheduled renewal date.

I have the same problem. I have tried to delete my credit card but I have not been successful. I go to account information, find my credit card information, I click update, then delete payment information. However the credit card remains. I have tried calling however, I am told there is a 45 minute wait. I remember the days when Ring used to receive emails and provide support but when Amazon bought Ring this stopped. I wish there was the same level of support there used to be when it was not owned by Amazon.

Do you get a partial refund if you opt for cancel immediately and if so do you get a quote before deciding
