Attempting to post in Neighbors and cannot upload picture

Question

I am attempting to make a post in Neighbors.  I click on new post and selecte Lost Pet.  Then click continue.  I type in a title and then information about our lost cast, however when I go to upload a picture of our missing cat I select Library.  It takes me to another screen title Camera Roll, however no pictures show up to select, I just get a spinning wait/processing image in the middle of the blank screen.  Please assist.  Thnank you. Hi @RhettQ. For this issue, I would suggest you Remove the Neighbors app from your phone, turn your phone off and on, the reinstall the Neighbors app. Once this is finished, login and attempt to post again. Make sure you allow and pop ups you see asking for permission.

If you are loading from an iPhone, Neighbors does not accept the iPhone HEIC format. I had the issue, converted from HEIC to JPG, and loaded the smaller image without problem.
