Second faulty door bell each this happens and now sent replacement to wrong address without over 3 weeks
negative-feedback
troubleshooting

this will be the second doorbell I’ve had to replace because they just stopped working but unfortunately this time they’ve sent the replacement to the wrong address. Not quite sure how they’ve managed this considering they have my address on their device plan when I rang them they had no interest in getting one out sooner, even though I’m disabled and rely on it first I was told 48 hours then I explained that it hadn’t arrived and it wasn’t going to arrive because it was the wrong address so they told me it’ll be 48 hours possibly till they hear back from the courier that wasn’t delivered even though I told them the address is wrong and now on top of that another 7 to 10 days before they decide to replace that one complete lack of common sense when I’m ringing them to tell them the guy wrote down the wrong address when I was on the phone to him but doesn’t their computer tell them my address in my device plan I’m so angry when you rely on the doorbell because you’re disabled it is your lifeline but the attitude of the people three different people reading from a script repeating themselves talking over me and then basically the manager was like there’s nothing I can do yet when you tell them it’s fault they can send you one out. I just don’t understand. Am I going mad here being trading standards? I thought faulty goods shouldn’t be sold. Or at least be replaced immediately and preferably not sent to the wrong address and if they are to rectify it and send it to the right address straight away I am absolutely fuming and this is what I pay a yearly amount for what a joke

Hi Tom. I'm trying to make a warranty claim for a faulty camera - I don't have Facebook, Instagram or x. Your chat support is an AI bot, and I have been struggling to get hold of anyone for three months. I only have one month warranty left.
