Ring Floodlight Pro Siren Feature
Hello all, I had a close call last night where someone was trying car doors in the early hours of the morning, but fortunately was unable to gain access. However, the motion sensor lighting did not deter them.
This makes me question, what is the point of the siren feature on the cameras?! I have to be awake and on the app to trigger the siren (but surely I’d just go outside to confront them if I was awake). Further to this, what am I paying a monthly protect subscription for when all I am able to do is watch my car get broken into in the morning when it’s too late?
Therefore I am requesting that ring look into an update whereby you can arm the alarm to trigger when motion is detected during selected hours of your choice just like the light is triggered? My neighbours have competitor cameras such as reolink that are able to do this so why can’t ring?
