I buy a ring that dont ring ?!

Only once in 30sec???

I want a ring that is a ring and ring on chime a single time the button is pressed.

Please fix this bug because is a stupid configuration that you design in a ring product.

Update your firmware and send to my doorbell so it can operate like a simple doorbell.

Or at least make it possible to be changed like one option.

We wait for that soon...

Ps: if you dont, i will be very disapointed and i cant recomend your products to anyone. I have thinking in buying 3 or 4 câmeras but now i will not surely and i'm equacionating change for another ring of another supllier.
